REFUND POLICY
At Accelera Management, we provide professional grant writing, application support, and nonprofit consulting services. Because these services require dedicated time, expertise, and the creation of custom deliverables, all payments are considered final once work has begun.

If a client cancels before any work has started, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion. Once drafts, submissions, or deliverables have been prepared or provided, refunds are not available.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at contact@accelera.management within 7 days so we can promptly review and resolve the matter.

PRIVACY POLICY
Accelera Management respects and protects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services, such as your name, organization details, and payment information.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Information is shared only with trusted partners (such as payment processors like Stripe) for the sole purpose of completing transactions.

All client documents and applications are treated as strictly confidential and stored securely. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@accelera.management.

TERMS OF SERVICE
By engaging Accelera Management for grant writing or consulting services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
   Services include grant research, drafting, submission, and compliance/reporting support, as outlined in a written agreement with each client.

2. Payments
   Payment is due according to the invoice issued. Work may not begin until payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Deliverables
   While Accelera Management provides high-quality professional services, we cannot guarantee funding results, as decisions rest solely with the granting organizations.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information required for applications and reports.

5. Liability
   Accelera Management is not responsible for missed funding opportunities or project delays caused by incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of QC, Canada.
